MAKING THE CHOICE - Bringing Forth an Environmental Renaissance
April 18 - June 15, 2007
San Francisco City Hall, 4th Floor Rotunda Gallery |
How does our use of cell phones in San Francisco contribute to
the disappearance of endangered mountain gorilla habitat in the
Democratic Republic of the Congo? Join us for an exhibit that
explores how our daily habits affect the global environment, and
learn how you can take personal action locally in being part of
the solution worldwide. In this exhibit, art serves as the
catalyst to stimulate dialogue about seven topics including
Waste Reduction, Water, Environmental Health, Transportation,
Urban Design, Urban Nature, and Energy.
This exhibit was produced in collaboration with the City of San
Francisco's Mayors Office of Neighborhood Services and the San
Francisco Department of the Environment, and made possible
through the generous support of the Wattis Foundation.
